After posing for some pictures, Yeu-Fann and I started on our adventure with Minerva close at hand. We stickered up the car and were ready to rally. Putting a decal across the windshield was delicate work, but I think we managed to get it mostly straight.
Traffic was good (Yay carpool lane!) We passed by Palm Springs on our way to visit Randy and Mario out in Goodyear, AZ.
I will have made a complete loop from one end of the country to the other by the time the month is through. It was grand spending time with Randy and wading into the pool, checking out the scenery, and letting Minerva make new friends.
We apparently got lucky. It was only 100 degrees outside of Phoenix. The thunderstorms rolling through led for some fantastic views and only a smattering of actual rain.
